Shipping charges are based on your order total and can be determined according to the charts below. Most orders ship from our facility 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 - 5 business days after departing our facility. For expedited shipping, please contact our Customer Care team.

Certain larger items may be shipped via Freight Carrier (truck delivery) and are delivered curbside. Please inspect all Freight shipments for damage before signing for the delivery. These shipments may take up to 7 - 10 business days for delivery. For inside delivery service please contact our Customer Care team and ask for white glove rates. If you are interested in white glove delivery, please contact us before you place your order.

Certain items may require Additional Shipping charges based on size or weight. These items are indicated by an "Additional Shipping" message on the product page and the specific charges can be seen once the item has been added to your cart.

• If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on back-order we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date
• Items that ship directly from the manufacturer are charged to your credit card when the order is placed. In some instances, these items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery
• Some items are shipped in multiple containers
• Certain items may require assembly
WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL HARDWIRED ELECTRICAL ITEMS BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED LICENSED ELECTRICIAN

DAMAGES & RETURNS

Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item.
