||We added these lights in tangerine red for over our bar. I wish the color was brighter like the image! They are more of a muted dull matte rust color. Not really what I was wanting.|
||I can't really review this because I don't own one. But this is EXACTLY what I have been looking for to replace the boob light in our back hallway. Great colors and the price is right. BUT it's too big! 16" wide will totally overwhelm the space, How I wish it came in two sizes! (10" would be ideal.)|
This light is gorgeous! Exactly what i wanted for the space (a laundry room, here's the look we're going for: http://pinterest.com/pin/88875792618658153/)
Only downside about this pendant is that the installation instructions are pretty lame. If you have experience installing light fixtures, you'll be able to figure it out like we did, but if this is your first light fixture installation rodeo, you might be spending some time on youtube. Hope that helps! Oh, and I was relaly impressed with Shades of Light- never purchased from them before. I was initially kind of bummed because the light was back-ordered and the shipping was expensive ($18) but they notified me immediately when the light came into the warehouse (it was within the time that they promised) and the light arrived on my porch the next day! Overall, great experience.
||Purchased the tangerine red version which turned out to be much less red than the photo--which is a good thing. I love the color and the size is perfect. Installation was fairly simple for me and my boyfriend but we\'ve installed pendant lights before. Also, I called customer service to make sure it was in stock before I ordered and it arrived 2 days before the ETA. Couldn\'t be happier with this purchase!|
||really nice light. I ordered orange and it's not a bright orange as I thought, but kind of like a blood orange. it turns out that it is the perfect shade! a brighter orange would have been wrong. it's hanging on a sloped ceiling with no problem. the electrician who installed it (there was no light there previously) had to tie a knot in the cord to get the right length--there was no pin. he said usually there was a pin to hold it at the correct length with this type of light. if the knot doesn't loosen and cause it to slip lower I'll be delighted with it for years to come.|
