Returns and Exchanges
Items are returnable if returned in their ORIGINAL
PACKAGING and BOX including mounting hardware. LAMPSHADES must be in their
ORIGINAL WRAPPING. We regret that custom items and fabric by the yard are NOT returnable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
When returning an item please follow these simple steps.
1) On the front of this invoice, please circle the item(s) being returned with the reason beside it.

2) Include this paper in your return box.
3) Please return all the items in the original wrapping, packaging, and box. *Shades and curtains MUST be returned in original wrapping.
4) To return an item:
A) Return original box via the post office, UPS or other shipping service.

For UPS to come to your door, ask for a “Call Back”
$14.95 per box for standard size UPS box (includes small lighting fixtures, shades,
small rugs up to 3x5, one set of curtains)
$20.95 per box for oversize 1 UPS box (includes table lamps, rugs 4x6 to 7x9)
$28.95 per box for oversize 2 or 3 UPS box (includes chandeliers, floor lamps,
rugs 8x10 and larger)
To drop it off with a UPS shipper, ask for a “Return Sticker”
$12.95 per box for standard size UPS box (includes small lighting fixtures, shades,
small rugs up to 3x5, one set of curtains)
$17.95 per box for oversize 1 UPS box (includes table lamps, rugs 4x6 to 7x9)
$22.95 per box for oversize 2 or 3 UPS
box (includes chandeliers, floor lamps, rugs 8x10 and larger)
Sorry, Call Backs and Return Stickers are not available for freight shipments.
Custom items, altered products, and fabric cut by the yard are not returnable. Credits will be issued (excluding shipping charges) using original payment method.
