HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    *Shades MUST be returned in original wrapping.

      - Call us for a “Return Sticker” and then you can drop it off with a FedEx shipper.
      • $12.95* per box for small FedEx box (includes small fixtures, shades, small rugs up to 3x5)
      • $17.95* per box for oversize 1 FedEx box (includes table lamps, rugs up to 5')
      • $22.95* per box for oversize 2 FedEx box (includes floor lamps, rugs up to 7')
      • $48.95* per box for oversize 3 FedEx box (includes smaller chandeliers and 8' rugs)
      - FedEx to pickup at your door, call us and ask for “Call Back.”
      • $19.95* per box for small FedEx box (includes small fixtures, shades, small rugs up to 3x5)
      • $39.95* per box for oversize 1 FedEx box (includes table lamps, rugs up to 5')
      • $49.95* per box for oversize 2 FedEx box (includes floor lamps, rugs up to 7')
      • $79.95* per box for oversize 3 FedEx box (includes medium chandeliers and 8' rugs)
