I appreciate the helpful service rendered by Shades of Light. We order things for our home on line all the time from major companies and this is the first time that a company has actually packaged the items to avoid damage during shipping, has shipped the items on time, and followed up with us to make sure we were happy. In recent months we have purchased a dining room table, and a head board for our bed from very reputable companies and both times we had to ship the items back due to damage during shipping. Neither time did either company follow up with us and neither time did either company make the return transaction easy, in fact it was a fight to correct both matters. Thank you for being polite on the phone and for making the transaction a pleasant one. Keep following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. It goes a long way.
